How we handle what you send us through this website.
Who we are
Tricycle Media and Tricycle Talent. You can reach us through the contact form on this site.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message. We collect nothing else through this site, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
Only to read your message and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone else.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, which screens them for spam, and forwarded to our email. Our email is hosted by Microsoft.
How long we keep it
As long as we need to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than necessary after that.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by sending us a message through the contact form on this site. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
