More than 50 years of being independent.

Sara and Peter started Tricycle Media in 2014, after more than fifty years between them as independents in film and television. What both learned, in different markets and on different continents, was how an independent finds a way to control or maximise a content opportunity when the structural advantages sit elsewhere. That is the knowledge Tricycle provides. Tricycle Talent followed in 2019, applying the same idea to talent management.

Sara spent her early career inside PolyGram Filmed Entertainment, Working Title Films and Universal Pictures International, then built a consultancy representing many of the UK’s leading producers, distributors and creators, on projects including The Favourite and The Night Manager. She sold it into YM&U, where she spent five years as a key executive before founding Tricycle Talent alongside Tricycle Media.

Peter A. Sussman — Peter A. Sussman
Peter was co-controlling shareholder of Alliance Atlantis Communications and CEO of its Entertainment Group, where he assembled and launched the CSI franchise. He then co-founded and chaired Aver Media, which financed more than 1,500 productions before its sale to the Bank of Montreal. In 2014 he co-founded Tricycle Media with Sara. He has been personally nominated for three Golden Globes and four Emmys.
